Fine Silver Clam Shell Fossil Stud Earrings

These shell studs are formed from silver clay, a product which takes miniscule particles of scrap silver and combines them with an organic compound suitable for moulding & shaping. Once dry it can be fired to leave behind pure silver and then solder earring posts on to.

They have been oxidised which blackens the silver and then buffed to reveal the highlights.

Sizing

The shells measure a tiny 6-7mm.
