All payments through the website are made using Stripe or PayPal. If you don't have or want an account with PayPal you can still make purchases by typing in your card details as with any other payment provider. If, however, you would like to make a payment via an alternative method please get in touch to arrange this - there are a few options.
U.K VAT is inclusive but please check individual countries sales tax and/or import duties prior to placing your order as you are responsible for paying these.
- Standard delivery within the U.K is charged at a flat rate starting from £2.85.
- For the rest of the World exc. Europe the charge is set at a flat rate of £9.50.
Upgrades to shipping are available at the checkout.
- Within the U.K, the option is Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees delivery by 1pm the following day after despatch and is charged at £6.50. You can also choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims to deliver within 1 day but is not guaranteed. It does come with full tracking and does not require a signature upon delivery.
- For the rest of the World, a tracked and insured option is now the standard delivery method.
Most orders are shipped 24 hours after payment has been received unless otherwise stated. Shipping is via Royal Mail and Royal Mail Airmail. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver within 1 working day and Tracked 48 from 2-3 working days. Royal Mail Airmail is from 5 days.
Typically, U.K orders arrive within 1 working day of posting and to the U.S, the shipping time is around 10-14 working days.
If you would like your parcel to be tracked and signed for please select the Special Delivery option for the U.K only. This will enable you to trace the location of your parcel with a guarantee of delivery before 1pm the next day within the U.K.
The above timescales for delivery are averages and some may arrive sooner, some a bit later. Please be patient during these unprecidented times as mail is taking a lot longer to work through the system. Items are considered lost after 2 weeks for the U.K and 1 month for the rest of the World. In this instance a refund will be offered or the item will be shipped out again at the request of the customer. If the item does not arrive a 2nd time around then only a refund will be offered.
All orders shipping to the rest of the World are now being sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. Please also note that you may have to pay import duties/taxes and these differ for each country so do check before placing an order as these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
It can be tricky to order jewellery from an online store when you haven't been able to try things on and hold them in your hands which is why we offer a 14 day no-quibble money back guarantee. Alternatively, if you'd like to exchange an item we can arrange that too. Just contact us first to find out how to send your order back. Plus, there may be something we can do to rectify the issue and help make sure you are 100% satisfied.
For returns the initial cost of P&P is also refunded but does not include the cost of returning the item except for if the item arrives faulty.
Items must be returned unused and in the orignal packaging. Only then will an exchange or refund be offered.
Please note that earrings cannot be returned unless faulty for hygiene reasons. Custom orders are also not refunded or exchanged.
