Tisbury Coral Sterling Silver Pendant Necklace on Brown Suede

A polished slice of fossilised coral set into silver with a beautiful sandy texture applied to the reverse of the pendant.

Typically Jurassic in age (that's ~150 MYO), it forms after millenia of sediment crushing and the replacement of coral by calcite & silica, a process known as petrification.

The pendant is strung onto faux suede cord in a matching brown colour and closes with a sterling silver lobster clasp.

Fully hallmarked for sterling silver at the London Assay Office.
